Organfest 2
Saturday 14 September at St James' church sees the return of the highly successful Organfest of two years ago. As with the original event, Organfest 2 will feature wall-to-wall organ playing by twelve of the north west's top church organists. Each will play a half hour programme, starting at 10 am and finishing at 4 pm. It is also Wirral Heritage Open Day, when the Wirral's most historic and significant buildings are open to the public. So this will be a chance to view our beautiful church whilst listening to fabulous music. You can also partake of some excellent home made refreshments in our Wave Café.
There is no entrance fee, but contributions to our restoration fund would be welcome. Do come along at some point during the day to this truly unique event. The full running order of our organists is
