Prayer for Peace in the face of terrorist attacks.

Lord God of compassion,
whose will is for peace built on righteousness,
we pray for all people in places affected by terrorist
attacks just recently;
for an end to hostility and violence,
for comfort and help for all who suffer,
and for reconciliation between people of all faiths and none,
through Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace.
Amen.
